Designer: Description of Garden: This informal garden is a riot of colour all through the year. In spring, daffodils line the drive while the White Sunken Garden promises blooms. By summer, roses dominate, of especial note being Rosa filipes 'Kiftsgate'. These, coupled with hydrangeas and a wisteria, provide a pleasant environment to stroll in. In contrast to this, however, the owners have constructed a water garden designed by Simon Allison, which is flower-free and minimalist in appearance. This addition diversifies the appeal of this garden. History: Kiftsgate Court has been passed down through three generations. The original work of the present owner's grandmother has been added to through the decades but still retains its original post war charm.
