The garden includes a Parterre with formal bedding scheme, Victorian fernery and a sunk garden. Further on is a nursery wood. The trail then leads to an area called Blindwalk which leads to the Cricket Walk. The visitor then encounters Lime Avenue, planted in the 17th century, and soon after that Laurel Walk. Cedar of Lebanon trees form the Cedar Avenue which leads from the Nursery Wood and back to the house. There is also a huge Copper Beech.
