Whenever you choose to visit there is something to delight the senses. From bluebells and tulips to roses and lilies, then dahlias and asters. History: The house dates from 1550 with a Georgian addition. Mr and Mrs James Sellick, who opened the Gardens to the public in 1992, have brought them to their present splendour, with the assistance of the eminent landscape architect, the late Anthony du Gard Pasley. In 1999 the Historic Houses Association and Christie's presented Pashley Manor Gardens with the prestigious Garden of the Year Award.
